Do I have to pay a commission to anyone else?

It’s your choice. If you want to pay a fee to the associate who brings a buyer you can negotiate with them.  Associates have clients searching for a particular property and if yours meets the criteria the associate will most surely call his /her client and inform them of your listing. You will negotiate with the buyers associate the fee  before the offer is sent to you.

Find your own buyer?Absolutely…Everyone looking for a home decides on what they want to see so you also have the opportunity to work directly with the buyer to save the selling fee commission.  

Need a plan upgrade? Should you not achieve your objective as a 'for sale by owner', then decide to take advantage of my Full Service or Priority plans , this fee will be deducted from any future fees paid. (Some conditions apply)

Fees at 7% on first $100,000 & 3% on the balance = $34,000 + GST

Listing fee

3.5% 1st $100,000 plus 1.5% balance of sale price

$3500 1st $100,000 plus 1.5% balance of sale price = $900,000 x 1.5% = $13500 plus $3500 = $17,000 – 45% discount = savings $7650.00 listing fee $9350.00

 

 

 

Buyers fee

 (I recommend to pay the full fee to ensure you get full attention of all associates and brokerages )…. However if I bring the buyer directly I will discount the buyers side by 45% as well … saving you more money

3.5% 1st $100,000 plus 1.5% balance of sale price

$3500 1st $100,000 plus 1.5% balance of sale price = $900,000 x 1.5% = $13500 plus $3500 = $17,000 – 45%= savings -$7650.00 -$9350.00
